How to help

Casa Sheila Animal Welfare is a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for animal rights and offering free sterilization campaigns in the neighborhoods of San Jose del Cabo Mexico.

Our entire organization is volunteer run.
The cost per clinic averages $15,000 USD / $150k year, meaning we need your help to make our spay & neutering operations accessible to as many pets and stray animals as possible.

Casa Sheila now has a US-based 501(c)(3) organization called Friends of Casa Sheila to accept donations and issue US tax receipts. The Friends of Casa Sheila organization funds our monthly sterilization campaigns in San José del Cabo.

You can send us donations via PayPal, Wise, and Zelle. We also accept cash, checks, and wire transfers. Any questions or donation arrangement options for our US-based Friends of Casa Sheila organization can be directed to donations@friendscasasheila.com.

You can also donate directly into our Mexican bank account using PayPal or a direct deposit.

Our monthly sterilization clinics cost on average $15,000 USD. 98% of your donations go towards our sterilization program, the other 2% goes towards administrative costs. Our volunteers work endlessly to educate, plan, fundraise, rescue and care for the lost and forgotten stray population. Your contribution has a great impact on the community!
